Ann Todd was professional in all aspects of the sale of the house. She provided information on people who could make any needed repairs which was so helpful as I am not a resident of Senatobia and did not know the area businesses. She met some of these people at the house since I live three hours away and was selling the house for a family member. I could trust her to take care of any work or inspections if I could not be in Senatobia.
